impresionistic forests in unusual format
After the Bin Bear Series exhibition, many of you asked me to create paintings using the same technique I normally apply in my photography. So here you are.
The first one is titled November (November, 2025; 40 x 150 cm, acrylics on canvas)
It captures the silence of a forest already falling asleep, preparing for its winter blanket of snow. The sun hangs so low above the horizon that the thin branches at the tops of the trees are illuminated by the November light. With no leaves left on the bushes, you can almost see through the forest you’re entering simply by observing the painting.
